frustrated with nokia product & services
My issue is regarding the NOKIA product & the SERVICES provided to me by your Service Centers.
Actually, here I am feeling like being fooled or cheated by the BRAND on which I had blind faith in regard to their product’s being genuine and services being 100% on TAT & QUALITY. One time a proud Owner of NOKIA N-95 handset is writing all this today as a DISGUISED customer of NOKIA.
Hardware prob
I have purchased the above-noted set which is infested with certain technical problems.The phone hangs. I took it to the Nokia Care centre and they said it cannot be repaired as it has a Hardware problem. Since I have purchased the phone at a very dear price, and its within the guarentee period, i have to get it replaced.
hang when i use gprs
hi, i have nokia n95 and it hangs up when i use gprs on my cell and on, my pc too. i upload firmware but its not working. still the same prob occurs. and it hangs up again and again. then it need to put off battry out of cell and then i start it again. plzz tell me wat is d solution of this prob.

Poor functioning of camera
I bought a N95 Nokia phone which boasts a 5 megapixel camera but the quality of still pictures I am getting is poorer than pictures taken with a 2 MP camera. I had chosen this phone over all others just because of the camera but am very disappointed at its dismal performance. It appears that the flash and the camera are not synchronized properly as a result of which the pictures are very dark. I would like Nokia to look into this. Please let me know who I should get in touch with in India to resolve this problem.
not able to replace the board
I have purchased Nokia N95 in the year2007. After one year my phone did not booted. I have tried to change the softwares. The service people told that it is hardware problem board has to changed inorder to boot. But the company is not supplying the boards for N95. I was told that i have to purchase new phone only. How can a customer buy new phone within one year of period for want of board. Action has to taken to get boards for my N95
